Dr. med. Fabrice Scheurer studied medicine at the University of Zurich. Dr. med. Fabrice Scheurer studied medicine at the University of Zurich. After completing his studies, he worked as a resident physician in the Department of Traumatology at the University Hospital Zurich from 2018 to 2021 under Prof. Dr. Hans-Christoph Pape. He subsequently continued his specialist training in orthopaedics at Balgrist University Hospital (2022–2024) under Prof. Dr. Mazda Farshad.
He then completed a clinical fellowship in tumor orthopaedics at the State Hospital Graz (Medical University of Graz), where he specialised in musculoskeletal tumour diseases. Since September 2025, he has been working as an Acting Senior Physician at Balgrist University Hospital.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Scheurer is active in academic research. He has published more than 10 scientific papers, with a focus on foot surgery and orthopaedic oncology.

PD Dr Daniel Müller and his team carry out the diagnostic work-up, treatment, and care of patients with bone or soft-tissue tumours. The initial work-up includes coordinating clinical findings, diagnostic imaging and, whenever necessary, detailed examination of biopsy material to provide the definitive diagnosis.
