This mainly puts pressure on the patients and their relatives. At the Balgrist Campus, the unique centre for musculoskeletal research and development, scientists, physicians and developers work in close harmony. They focus their expertise on eradicating the problems affecting patients and on further developing state-of-the-art approaches to therapy. The Campus unites the research groups Tumours and Metastases, Muscles, Biomechanics, Robotics, Paraplegics and Clinical Orthopaedics.
In the general ward and semi-private rooms, visiting hours are from 10 am to 8 pm daily. Visiting hours are unrestricted for patients in private rooms. Parents may visit their children at any time. In the intensive care unit and recovery room, visits are by agreement with the care team. In rooms containing several beds, please be considerate towards other patients.
